Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Jira/Atlassian Developer to support a data integration and reporting project. This is a remote contractor role focused on building a custom API to extract data from Jira EazyBI reports and use that data to generate dynamic, insightful PowerBI reports.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a custom API to extract data from Jira EazyBI reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements
  • Integrate extracted data into PowerBI and build multiple dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance of reports
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
  • Strong background in API development, preferably with experience in custom integrations
  • Experience working with EazyBI and Jira data structures
  • Solid understanding of PowerBI, data modeling, and dashboard creation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
