Senior Business Development Executive
We’re a boutique, London-based AI consultancy specialising in helping businesses leverage artificial intelligence to solve complex problems and drive growth. We’re hiring an ambitious, driven sales new business hunter to build net-new revenue. This is a pure hunting role (meaning: no inherited accounts) owning the full cycle from first outreach through to commercial close, working closely with our technical and leadership teams to win new clients and set up long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Identify & target prospective clients that will benefit from our AI consulting services (C-suite, Heads of Data/Ops/Tech, Product, CX).
Generate pipeline via cold calling, email, events, and social (especially LinkedIn) to create qualified first meetings.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, value mapping, shaping the problem statement, business case, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
Articulate our solutions clearly & translate technical capabilities into commercial outcomes and ROI.
Collaborate with consultants to craft compelling proposals, POVs, and presentations; coordinate scoping workshops and solution demos.
Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene; report on pipeline, velocity, and win rates.
Hit and exceed targets on meetings, qualified opportunities, and closed-won revenue.
Hand over seamlessly to delivery/account teams post-sign to ensure client success and expansion.

Who You Are
Proven hunter: consistent success winning net-new business in technology or professional services (AI/data, digital, cloud, or consulting preferred).
Prospecting specialist: confident cold caller with multi-channel outbound discipline and high activity standards.
Commercial storyteller: excellent communication, questioning, and negotiation skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated & resilient: thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
AI-curious: strong interest in artificial intelligence and its applications to real business problems.
Process-savvy: fluent with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED) and CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
