Delivery Manager
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and grow our US delivery operations across RPA, AI, and intelligent automation programs. This role combines hands-on delivery leadership, client engagement, and people management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll oversee a team of developers, consultants, and solution architects, collaborating closely with our global Delivery, Sales, and Partner teams to deliver impactful automation solutions and strengthen TQA’s US presence.
This position is US-based (preferred: Austin, TX, though remote across the US is acceptable).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Teams: Manage and support cross-functional teams delivering automation and AI solutions for enterprise clients.

- Oversee End-to-End Delivery: Ensure quality, scope, and timelines are achieved across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide Technical Oversight: Offer guidance on RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI-driven automation projects, supporting best-practice delivery and innovation.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into executable delivery plans.
- Delivery Governance: Manage scope, budgets, change control, and project backlogs with clear communication and disciplined project controls.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with our global delivery network to ensure effective utilization and balanced project resourcing.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance delivery frameworks, quality standards, and scalability through process optimization.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to strengthen technical capability and leadership growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in delivery management or senior consulting, ideally within intelligent automation, AI, or digital transformation.
- Strong background in RPA platforms (UiPath preferred; Power Automate or Automation Anywhere a plus). Solid understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle (mobilize, design, build, test, go-live, hypercare).
- Demonstrated experience managing scope, change control, budgets, and client communications.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes.
- Experienced leader with a collaborative mindset and ability to manage distributed teams.
- Strong project management discipline (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment.
