Project Manager
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex customer and internal projects, including automation, technology integrations, and agile (SCRUM) development initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, project controls, and change management processes to ensure delivery standards are met.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain strong relationships, and act as an escalation point to ensure project success.
- Project & Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects from planning to completion, monitor progress against the SOW, control risks and scope, and ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
- Operations & Agile Delivery: Oversee internal product operations and agile delivery cycles (backlog management, sprints, standups, retrospectives), driving collaboration and accountability.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience managing technical implementation or integration projects (ideally within RPA or similar technologies).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on delivery experience. - Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and profitability across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and lead diverse team
